Welcome
Kreimer's Karate is
designed to instruct
students of all ages in
the form Korean Karate.
Combining Tae-Kwon-do,
Hap-Ki-Do as well as
Tang-Soo-Do.
Students will learn the
Art of Self Defense as
well as master various
weapons such as the
Nunchaku, Bo and Sai.
All Classes are taught by
certified Instructors
who will guide each
student through each
program and level with
praise, discipline and
encouragement.
Kreimer's Karate will help
you or your child reach
your goals, whether it's
learning Self Defense,
getting Physical fit,
Building Self-Esteem and
Self Confidence.
Kreimer's Karate Frederick
facility is 3,600 square
foot with 2,000 square
feet of open workout
area on a suspension
floor.
The lobby area includes a
pro shop with a complete
line of martial arts
supplies. The facility
offers locker rooms for
both men and women.
There are speed bags,
heavy bags, striking
balls, focus mits,
kicking shields as well
as blockers and other
equipment to help with
your training. |

We will be OPEN on time for
regular classes.
