Saturday, May 4th., May the 4th. Be With You! Wear a Star Wars shirt to classs.
Saturday, May 11th. - Mother's Day workout. Take class with your child/ren. Sign up sheet is at the front desk.
Saturday, May 11th – Woman's Self Defense class. You must pre-register. 1:00 p.m. $25.
Saturday, May 18th – Superhero Day. Dress like your favorite Superhero.
Monday,May 20th.HAPPY BIRTHDAY Mr. ADAM! Again, Dress like your favorite Superhero!
Saturday, May 25th. Kreimer's Karate T-shirt Day. Wear your Kreimer's Karate t-shirt. To class.
Saturday, May 25th. Dog and Puppy Days sparring event!
Puppy Days from 11:30am to noon for students under the age of 13. Dog Days for teens and adults starting at noon.
Monday, May 27th – CLOSED for Memorial Day.
Congratulations to Mr. Adam on receiving his 5th. Degree Black Belt. Mr. Adam is now a
Master Instructor.

Reminders for students:
-NO Gum or Candy allowed on the workout floor!
-NO picking your toes and leaving remains on the carpet!
-NO watches to be worn during class. This avoids them getting broken OR playing with them!
-DO NOT wear your belts into the studio. Belts go ON once you have walked inside.
-Long hair MUST be pulled back on both boys and girls! Keep it out of the face! No exceptions
-Reminders for parents – Be ON TIME when dropping off and picking up. This stresses the students!
-DO NOT park on the stripes in the parking lot. These stripes allow room for vehicles to pass.
-Phones are to be SILENCED while in the lobby. ALSO, there are to be NO phone calls in lobby.
Staying Safe For Today's Woman – is a book recently authored and published by our very own
Mr. Scott. Copies are available for purchase at the front desk for $24.95. This is a very
informative book to help woman recognize and avoid predators. We are very proud of him!
